The Surgeon

This 'lovely' fellow here is someone that appeared in a dream I had recently. He was quite a nasty one, chasing me around with that dirty scalpel... but then I shot him down with a machine gun and all was nice and good again 8D

I just felt like I wanted to draw him, for some reason...
